How did you get started in EMS?: I started in EMS volunteering for Abingdon fire company as a “ride along observer” when i was 18. One of my first rides was a cardiac arrest save which inspired me to pursue it further which later developed into a stable career doing something i love.
What is the most rewarding part of your job?: I would say it’s the relationships built at work amongst co-workers, hospital staff, and the public.
